ok i have two pieces that give greater ward... are wards good for rvr? what exactly do they do? cannot find any info on them on forums.

Wards are needed more so for PvE type play. Lost Vale, etc... It lowers what damage you take, etc..

I am not sure if wards work with the city seiging or not or against npc in RVR.
