I went to tier 2, but I cannot find Renown gear Merchant. Where is he?

In Tier 1 you could find Renown Gear Merchants at Warcamps and even some regular villages. Starting from Tier 2 and above, Renown Gear Merchants could be found only in Keeps in RvR zones. To get an access to the merchant, your realm have to own that keep. As an alternative, there are merchants in Inevitable City as well.
